Blocks blue light as advertised! Lightweight but with excellent build quality, the frames really fit me out of the box. Colleagues on points give them their approval. I find the hue to be in the sweet spot between subtle and obvious to others. Nobody thinks I'm wearing anything out of the ordinary, but if you look closely you can see a cool blue reflection off a computer screen or off the sky. This balance also plays well with my eyes. There is no darkening effect like other lenses. No excessive yellowing. But I will say that it affects the contrast. Dark rooms appear darker. Bright rooms are brighter. Regardless of the conditions, however, I felt that the image on my TV, phone, laptop, and desktop PC was more natural and easier to read, and seemed to release tension in my head that could cause headaches. Overall, I would give an excellent buy recommendation. It's probably more expensive than most people would like, but it's worth it. It has no additional features or anything unusual.
