The most useful feature of this software tool was the ability to easily create new products with multiple variations (i.e., different colors) for each variation. It also allowed me to add text labels to my database without having to spend too much time or money doing it manually. I disliked that you could not export your work into another program. For example, if you wanted to edit something in Microsoft Word after creating the item in Data Processor, everything would have to be re-entered. And when exporting to Excel, all of the formatting got lost. Sometimes there were problems importing images; however, these issues seemed to resolve themselves over time. I used this software primarily so we can maintain our inventory more efficiently.
