Heavy Duty is Precision

I bought this to convert a golf cart fixed front wheel to a swivel wheel. Not that I needed it to climb Everest, but I wanted something of a certain height and size, and I didn't want to pay a lot. What surprised me was the weight. This thing is built to last.
