This kit makes all the cheap big box $9.00 kits look like junk, as a handyman, I have probably used over 20 of these kits and have never had to return to fix a leak or damage, It installs very easily, has simulated rubber gaskets rather than the plastic ones and includes everything you would ever need. For those that say it is not for Bath/lavatory sinks, It is not the kit's fault, as it does everything it says it does, so if your drain downpipe is 1" when upgrading to this kit you will need to spend another $5-$10 and replace that sink drain downpipe or simply grab a cheap "universal garbage disposal/dishwasher adaptor".
