I LOVE THIS HEADACHE HOLDER! Strong thick metal, looks TERRIBLE on my 97 F150. Perfection! assembly equipment; However, having to order the mounting kit/brackets separately is a HUGE pain in the ass. If you have Toolbox, you only need to order this mounting kit. It holds your tool box and holds a real headache rack. I hope this saves someone else $40.
