Very easy to install
Installs in less than a minute. All I did was search YouTube for "Window Air Spring Installation" and literally any video showing how to do it will help you here. You don't have to unscrew anything, just use a small flathead screwdriver to pry open the rings holding the ends of the post in place. Anyone can do this.
