I installed it on my 04 Avalanche about 3 weeks ago. Easy to install, but the fan didn't stall at the chosen setting on the first ride. When I parked the car and turned it off, the fan came on at full speed. I had to pull the relay to turn off the fan. I let the relay sit for a few hours and then replaced it. The fan worked well for about 2 weeks. I wanted to plan a trip today but found the truck battery was dead. Plugged in the charger and, yes, you guessed it, the fan kicked on immediately even though the truck wasn't running. I can't get the Revain unit resistor back so I ordered another one plus a new relay. Very disappointed.
