I love how easy it is for our team members to submit their time off requests from anywhere using this software. It makes sure they don't forget about any of them as we are all remote workers! The only thing I dislike is when you're offline or unable to access your computer at work (iPad/mobile), there isn't an option to save those times as well so it's always up to date with what has been submitted previously. We've never had a problem with scheduling since implementing it! Our clients can see everything related to billing and invoicing which helps immensely!
