I bought this to help with small resin molds to reduce and eliminate bubbles. This tool helps bring bubbles to the surface quickly and pop them quickly without affecting the resin. Quick hits with the heat gun are enough to get rid of large bubbles. I like that the heat gun feels good in my hand for my (small) hand size. The heat gun has a stand that can be conveniently placed on its side during use. With on/off switch, it is easy to use with gloves and when working with resin! I was very pleased with this little heat gun.
