Flip looked great on paper for our two Windows XP PCs with PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports. When it arrived we connected everything as instructed but the remote switch did nothing. Okay, maybe we have a defective one. Sent back for exchange, same result. Oddly enough, we found that we could get the Flip to work by plugging and unplugging the remote switch. In other words, the device switched between computers when the remote was disconnected and reconnected, but pressing the button on the remote itself did nothing. This product looks great but was a big disappointment. After reading numerous reviews where others had similar problems. We give up and move on to something else. This product was a big disappointment.
