Review on 📦 TERRAMASTER F5-422: 10GbE NAS 5-Bay Network Storage Server with Apollo Quad-core CPU and Hardware Encryption (Diskless) by Cory Jacobson

I was blown away by the Terramaster tech support team. They follow and send emails about my problem. And were to the last letter. You are here to support, take my word for it. As for the device itself, I had a problem with the installation, but it was solved with professional help. This device, TNAS as they like to call it, I use as a PLEX server to broadcast to my devices throughout my house and beyond. There are no problems with this device. 4K movie playback tends to buffer, but that's not an issue with this device, it's my internet speed. This device comes with 4GB of RAM and I upgraded it to 8GB. A bit of 4GB is enough if you use as a server and want to use files on the go. Of course, you need good internet speed on both ends. One thing I can say about this device, it is very reliable and with good features. I wish I could choose the 4 bay or 5 bay version of this TNAS. I think TerraMaster has good products and an even better support system.
