The original 1999 International Truck fan is 208125, this fan appeared as a cross reference. In terms of performance, however, it does not come close to the OEM part. This fan is sufficient, but you will be very disappointed after turning it on due to the low performance. If you're looking to buy it for an international truck, don't waste time with this engine.
