I've been making infused coffee for a few years, but I don't have a pot on my flexible neck. I liked the look of this coffee system and thought it would be good. First, it doesn't heat the water to the right temperature. Pour coffee should be between 195 degrees and 205 degrees. This pan only heats up to 180 degrees. Number two: I don't think the water/soil ratio is right. If I didn't have gift certificates for this system I would return it. I have an electric pot with a temperature sensor, so I just use it to heat water and then pour it into the gooseneck pot in this system. I essentially defeated the whole purpose of this coffee pot. I find this coffee system too expensive. The disadvantage of this pan is that it does not heat the water to the desired temperature. For such a price, this boiler should have had a temperature sensor and the ability to heat water to the desired temperature. I think there are much more economical ways to make coffee. I personally cannot recommend this coffee pot.
