That's it. This is the only powder I will use when using powder. I have been working and using protein powder for 10 years now. 10 years ago I didn't care so much about the taste and what powders I put in it myself. Now I know more and am very picky. I support this company 100%. A bit pricey but I don't use a lot of protein because I try to get most of my protein and needs from food which is the best way but sometimes it's nice to have some extra help.
