Review on INTECHING by Allan Ryser

It's rare for me to write a bad review as a storyteller, but sadly, INTECHING left me with unsatisfactory results. My personal experience with their customer service was less than ideal, despite their dedication to quality and client satisfaction. I contacted them multiple times with queries and worries about my order, and each time it took them days, if not longer, to respond. When my order did finally come, it was evident that the quality was below what I had anticipated given their reputation. Poor craftsmanship and flimsy, inexpensive materials were used in the construction. It was really different from the attractive and robust product I had seen in their advertisements. To make matters worse, I encountered even more annoyance when I attempted to return the item. To get a response, I had to send several emails and make several phone calls, and even then, they were unhelpful and hesitant to collaborate with me. Overall, I had a negative experience working with INTECHING. Although they may have a reputation for quality and client pleasure, my experience didn't live up to that bar. I would advise exercising caution if you were thinking of doing business with INTECHING.
