works and that's all I can say. There were problems with maintaining the temperature and the aquarium was constantly heated. The temperature setting turned out to be over 8 degrees and tested at 79 degrees on the lowest setting. I thought buying a famous brand would pay off, but buying two 100w and 200w models is disabled in the temperature settings. I recommend checking the "calibration" upon receipt and re-checking if you even purchase this product. The "on" indicator is difficult to see and is located on the side of the device.
