No if it works properly

At first I expected to see a green light, not a red, when I plugged the surge protector into the outlet. So I'm wondering if she was weather protecting or not, especially with the frequent thunderstorms we've been having lately. Another problem I had was that my computer's plug is large and doesn't fit like the plug into another computer.
