I have purchased this product 3 times and each time I have had serious problems with the product curing into a solid block in the container (which is only halfway through way arrives). full, by the way) when I had half left. Now I realize that the hardened part was probably always there and I didn't know it until I stumbled halfway down. Because it is so highly recommended by John Pierre, I insisted. But the new container I just received is taking over. It's totally hard, and with great effort, with a knife and fork, I was only able to scrape out a teaspoon. I tried contacting the company by phone (they tell you to leave a message and they will get back to you within 24 hours but they don't), I emailed them and none Answer received. This is a very expensive product. I do not recommend this experience to anyone. I guess I'll have to go to Revain for a refund. What a challenge and an effort.
