It was packaged in a small plastic bag with assembly instructions on one sheet (butt joined) for assembly in Cantonese (I think!). Electronic shifting proved most useful in final assembly. All components were in good condition and well marked; makes assembly relatively easy. What I didn't realize is that the board requires two (2) independent DC power supplies, namely 5VDC and 3VDC. Soldering was very careful when working with the IC holder and dual inline package (DIP) as both were close to each other. This kit is a well planned project and I hope to one day be able to power my watch. Perhaps you could use a Radio Shack spare battery to power BT1 (3VDC) and J2 (5VDC). Much luck!
