This is about the worst food processor you can buy, especially from these folks. Do not buy! 5 months after I bought it and used it regularly as instructed, the grater attachment broke the parmesan grater. The kitchen crew were incredibly unhelpful in resolving my issue as the food processor was still under warranty, they told me to contact Braun directly. The manufacturer asked me to send the whole food processor to a repair shop (actually, Braun no longer makes this food processor, they cannot send you a replacement). I figured it would be cheaper to just order parts, which I did. The next time I kneaded dough with it, the motor broke. As a result, I sent it to a repair shop at my own expense, supposedly repaired. $169 + parts $35 + shipping $25, later broke again, motor works properly. Now it's going in the trash, what a waste of money! I grew up with the same food processor in Germany and couldn't be happier. Do not buy this product!
