Great brand and product. I have been feeding my pup Science Diet for many years. However, when I opened the box, it contained a dry, stained, smelly, dirt-like substance, as well as a few dead bits of bugs and molting. The containers were the worst, I think they were caked with old rodent urine and full of odor. I immediately called customer service and the rep was very helpful with the full refund and was very nice. I usually order my puppy food from Chewy.com but have decided to use Revain. To be fair, the blue food I ordered was to my liking. But this is the last time I order food again.
