It's easy to use with good customer service team who are always willing to help us out when we have questions or issues that arise in our business process flow.

I wish there was more training available as it can be tricky at times but once you get used to how things work everything becomes easier! We've been able solve all of our queries without any problems so far which has made life much simpler than before where multiple people were needed just to do simple tasks like sending an invoice via email etc.
