It's easy to use with good customer service team who are always willing to help us out when we have questions or issues that arise in our business process flow. I wish there was more training available as it can be tricky at times but once you get used to how things work everything becomes easier! It's easy to use & navigate through this software even if you're new to it. You can also choose your own reports according to what you need at any given time which makes life easier than using an accountant who would have their own set of rules/reports that they'd want from you!
