It's easy to use & navigate through this software even if you're new to it.

You can also choose your own reports according to what you need at any given time which makes life easier than using an accountant who would have their own set of rules/reports that they'd want from you! Also I haven't noticed anything negative about this application so far but am sure there are many things we don't know yet (which could be easily fixed). We were having issues with our accounts department not being able to keep up with us in terms of getting files submitted or processed timely enough before deadline dates etc., hence taking longer times to get paid out by clients compared when done via normal methods we've used previously - all due to delays in processing. This has now been resolved because there was no way for them to track payments as well unless manually inputting each individual payment into another system.
