That's not bad, I wanted the tire inflator to be different than some of the cheap ones that have a screw on the tap or no gauge. The cheap ones were noisy too, but it's understandable that they're small, so that could be the reason for the noise. So I bought this one, it was more expensive and the reviews seem legit too. Okay, I got sick of him in my car. I set it to 33psi and was about to inflate my tires the ones that were low it was pushing air through and as promised it would shut off once it reached that pressure. what he did I liked it. It also had light, not bad but I found it took a little getting used to. I couldn't aim the light at the bus when trying to attach a hose to it, the light was at the other end of the device. I like the two buttons to turn on the pump and one to turn on the LED, but I'm wondering if it was waterproof and figured if I had a flat tire in the rain it wouldn't short out in the rain. Since the switch to turn on was a push button and was about in the middle of the device and when I put it on 4 soft tips as intended, raindrops fall on it. Loud it was about as loud as my others, I have several different models from other manufacturers. Oh well. I like the quick release faucet more than the bolt on type which I found very difficult to remove with a bolt at times due to its location on the tire where the air valve is located. So I like the type of leverage this tire inflator has. Time will tell how durable the quick-disconnect lever is as you push the lever up and down while connecting and disconnecting. I also noticed that you can insert the hose into the device where there is a drawer hole. that the hose can be plugged in, but the power cord with the car adapter has nowhere to go into the device. So you can put it in the pouch that comes with it, but it's actually a cheap pouch (I even have it with a three-hole zip puller in it and I can't figure out how that happened in production.). So I have one of those clear plastic shoeboxes that I put parts etc. in. So if you're looking for a place to put all the other adapters that come with this pump, there's nowhere to put them if you're looking for a small compartment in your bag. He doesn't have it. Overall this is a good inflator but I wish it had a better bag with a small compartment for adapters and a place to neatly hide the car power supply cord in the box. I will update my review as I am using the first 18 months of the warranty.
