This is a really good system, the images are clear with great colors and good night vision. Camera signal strength is strong through multiple walls. My only issue is that none of the devices come with a scannable QR code. In order for the app to work, you need to manually enter the cloud ID and some other information. To get this information you need to connect the system to a monitor (HDMI cable) first, right click with the NVR mouse and the setup features will contain all the information as you walk through the setup. To connect the cameras, I had to connect each camera individually to the NVR base unit with a network cable, then use the setup wizard (on a wired monitor) and then look up the camera's IP address. This must be done for each individual camera. After that everything works very well. Might be a bit difficult for non-technical people.
