Not ideal for restaurant or high volume
The amount of cocktails I had to remake because of blue flecks in drinks was EMBARASSING. 2nd week of high volume banquet bartending and it was shedding. Threw it under the bar and only bust it out for emergencies. Scratches too easily and not ideal. Got so many compliments on it at first. Huge disappointment.
