Wanted to give this a 5 star. The head itself rules. I love the easy setup and easy installation. I just wish they had mentioned somewhere that it is VERY important which end of the supplied hose you connect to the shower head itself. One is just an octagon and the other end is designed to fit in a bassinet. Nowhere in the instructions does it say what goes where. Put it the wrong way round and the shower head won't sit in the bassinet and will pop off as soon as you turn on the water. A little learning problem is basically a good showerhead.
