Two main reasons I bought this: 1) DisplayPort - most graphics cards are DP these days and I didn't want to buy another KVM for a while. 2) Audio and Microphone - I needed to be able to switch audio when switching computers. So far (2 weeks) the video seems pretty sharp (no flickering, no black screens) and the keyboard/mouse works great - 5 stars. The sound is unbearable to listen to. I mostly use headphones. it crackles and is much quieter than usual. I've tried several ways to 'fix' the audio issue with no success, all pointing to this unit as the problem. - 2 stars (The only way to get 1 star is if there is no sound) I haven't tried the microphone function yet, but I will soon. TLDR: As for the actual KVM part, I would give it 5 stars because it works, but I can't give it more than 3.5 because it's so bad with the sound and I need it to work.
