I normally wear a Large in for my size, but I took a chance and order a size bigger, so I got an XL, and they fit nicely. I'm at 5 ft 10 inch, and 220 lbs, and my pant size is about 36X30. I hope this helps, and I really like the look of these. They feel really soft! I'm very happy with the purchase
