Overall I rate it 4 stars. Can a chair in this price range deserve 5 stars? If there are better chairs, then you can't give this chair 5 stars. OK. enough with that. The chair was very easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. If you can turn a wrench and read or at least look at the pictures and understand the basic instructions, you can assemble it. I think it took me 10 minutes. chair comfort. Better than most, but not plush by any means. If I had probably sat on it for more than an hour, I don't think I would have liked the chair. I bought it for a work environment to be used on a higher table/bench/workstation. It is perfect for this and adjusts perfectly up and down. One thing I did NOT like and I don't blame the chair but this is the 3rd major item I have received from AMAZON in the last few months that was previously opened and returned and then resold to me. Why do I keep getting a rejection but have to pay full price? The box was sealed with tape and when I opened it I found that everything had previously been removed and most of the packaging was missing. The chair seemed good but if it had been in such a 'shop' I would never have bought it. I rarely return items to AMAZON, but I may have to do this more often if I keep getting rejected.
