Great product but IT WAS NOT A MANUAL as the presets weren't atypical settings, never guess! The manufacturer responded quickly, but only with a manual email. Therefore, EVERY TIME the systems need to be set for radio controlled clock, preset, timer, CD and radio functions, an email must be sent over the phone - using EXTREMELY SMALL PRINT - and part by part magnified even reading the manufacturer's manual. Incredibly annoying situation they prefer to ignore, I asked them to email this LITTLE GUIDE - you can imagine trying to read even one line on a smartphone - what you need to do to understand how ridiculous it's like a gum wrapper bands. I explained and asked them to send an email but they ignored the request. I'll pay the postage if that's your problem. No product should be shipped without INFORMATION, why is it so difficult to put the manual in an envelope and mail it? I understand something is going wrong but why not send what I paid for - I will send a stamped envelope with a return address and postage stamp if they send me a dam manual - there is little I can do by browsing an emailed Mail received copy can get because the print is so tiny! And of course printing on every inch of space on the front and back! Several combinations are required to use the system, so the manual is IMPORTANT, not to mention what other documents that weren't there probably should have been. LITERALLY NO WRITTEN INFORMATION, if it wasn't for Amazon's follow up I wouldn't even have NO CONTACT INFORMATION FOR YOU AND STILL NONE. Could you re-mail the manual that should have come with the radio and any other information since you received NOTTA, what if the warranty needs to be registered? Because I wouldn't know - NO DOCUMENTS IN THE BOX! The Revain ordering information was in the outer box, but it was just an order form. You are trying to read the emailed manual on your smartphone screen! How hard is it to email? I'll pay the postage
