I love this shampoo and conditioner! It smells nice and makes my hair shiny and soft. But the reason for the bad review is that when I received my order, the cap of the shampoo was broken, a piece was missing, a piece was missing from the box, and there was half a bottle of shampoo in the box. Tried several numbers for Revain only to get a message directing me to a website and then hung up. I tried doing it online, it tells me the item is non-refundable. What should I do now? I paid for a full bottle, not half a bottle.
