I love the product! Not satisfied with the shipping method!

I love this shampoo and conditioner! It smells nice and makes my hair shiny and soft. But the reason for the bad review is that when I received my order, the cap of the shampoo was broken, a piece was missing, a piece was missing from the box, and there was half a bottle of shampoo in the box. Tried several numbers for Revain only to get a message directing me to a website and then hung up. I tried doing it online, it tells me the item is non-refundable. What should I do now? I paid for a full…

I wish I had known this sooner, but OGX hair products (now owned by Johnson & Johnson) contain DMDM hydantoin. I have been using this shampoo for 3 years because I wanted a sulfate free shampoo. I noticed hair loss but attributed it to aging but was concerned. I never thought it could be caused by hair products. I checked the ingredients on the back of Moroccan Shampoo's "Renewing + Aragan Oil" shampoo and indeed, DMDM, a formaldehyde formaldehyde used by Johnson & Johnson as a preservative, is

It used to be amazing, now it's just average.

Well, a month ago I would have given five stars but the last bottle I received is actually a completely different product. Previously, it was smooth, with a pearly tint, flowed smoothly from the bottle and had a wonderful aroma. my last bottle Consistency is completely changed. It's now .gloppy. It's the best word I can think of. It comes out of the bottle in the form of jelly-like lumps. It breaks up into smaller lumps in your hand. It has a very different aroma, not at all the same as it used

Good shampoo for sensitive skin and dry hair

My poor hair! I haven't had a haircut since February and started out with a pixie cut, so I've got a pretty ridiculous quarantine mullet. It's ok if I iron it to hide the odd length, but it doesn't help with tears/damage if I don't trim it. So this shampoo has a lot to do. Also, I ride horses, so I have to put a helmet on my head. And all without sulfates! That's great. As a result I have clean, shiny and soft hair. I also have very sensitive skin, so I often have allergic reactions to new…

What happened?: Shampoos

The liquid in this bottle is nowhere near what I fell in love with. I can't even describe it. It's amber, thick, smells distinctly different, lathers differently. Unpleasant. I had to make sure I got it from the OGX store because otherwise I would say the seller filled the bottle with a different product. And I mean, they definitely are, but I think it's a new formula and that shampoo line is dead. It's a shame. It's just gross. If you are buying this because you have been using it for years…

Cleans well with a pleasant natural scent. Economically.

I have been using this shampoo for several years now. My hair is long and thin. The shampoo cleans well, thick and concentrated, so I only need a little. Moisturizing. Clean, natural scent. I use it with conditioner.

It's great I still love this formula but to be honest I prefer the other formula which is the high strength version. I find my hair and skin tolerate it better and actually don't break out at all as I have so many skin allergies to other companies' face washes and soap products that I washed my face with the fortified version. and my face tolerated the extra strong version well, no pimples, no pimples, no enlarged pores from it. Right or wrong, I've finally found something I can also use to…
