Brake pad cracked and broken

Received the brake pad today, it has not been dropped or mishandled, part of the brake pad has chipped and cracked on the side. waste of money. I had to suffer with finding new ones after disassembling the car. Don't waste your money because anything that breaks with little to no action other than installation is clearly not going to last.
