A few months before my purchase I saw a review that said they were not cotton and thought this was an anomaly. The title and figure clearly refer to cotton. But I was very wrong. While these masks have the nose wire, adjustable ear loops, and washable features I was looking for, they are unacceptable. The inner fabric and filter bag are made of satin material, NOT gauze as shown in the picture, and NOT lightweight material. When I speak, the atlas fabric cannot breathe, so the sucking breath pulls the fabric into my mound. So DO NOT breathe like the title and illustration say. The outer fabric is shiny, like a synthetic material. Unfortunately, it was only after the return period had expired that I noticed that the packaging said "80% polyester, 20% fleece". Title is WRONG. The picture is WRONG. NOT AS PICTURED OR DESCRIBED.
