Comfortable but not too long

The strap is comfortable but not too long. I'm 5ft 4in and haven't shortened it. My pup is 7.5 pounds and fits perfectly. I'd like some velcro along the top to hold it in place. One half way back and one 2/3 of the way back. She rides with her head stretched out and one paw. Overall this is a great cover.
