There is a non-adjustable sleeve under the cushion to fit your current saddle/seat. This sleeve fits the peaked front and back on either side BUT here comes the problems, THEIR/MY/OTHERS BUTS are sized differently and the sleeve on the back ALWAYS comes off on one side and the pillow slides off on the other side . There is another lacing that needs to be tightened at the back, but it is NOT part of the cuff that fits under your current saddle, so it won't hold your new saddle. The only way to fix this is to make the tip part of the sleeve that originally holds the saddle. YES, BART!
