It's very easy for use with no technical knowledge required! The dashboard lets you see all statistics that matter such as visits per day or week etc but also how many clicks each link gets (very important). I recommend it because is super simple compared other services like bitly which has more options plus their service have some issues in my experience so i would rather go back into using url shorteners instead of switching from them just yet. We started making shorter links by adding our own domain names before we used this one since they were pretty good at what they did too.
