I gave the Blue Demon .035 FC wire three stars because it should have indicated that it is not recommended for 90 amp and 120 volt systems. Stainless steel wire requires a higher temperature to melt than mild steel wire. I realized this after using them to weld my exhaust system, which is made of both mild steel and stainless steel. I couldn't get the wire to flow the way this welder does. I had to increase both voltage and wire speed to the maximum to get a spot weld wire. I really couldn't run the beads. I use a Lincoln Electric Century FC 90 welder. Welder is great. What not to say about this quite expensive proprietary stainless steel wire.
