The company is not responsible for defective products.

For a company that says they support their product so much I couldn't get much help. I originally emailed KAVALLERIE directly through their website to say that after purchasing their gel pad it broke in 3 spots and started to deteriorate underneath in just 6 months. I was told after 3 months they can't do anything with the pad but they give me a $10 rebate on another one. I then received a DM via Facebook after commenting on the post. Tell me again that after several days of walking around there is nothing to do. At $94 I expected this rug to last over 6 months. It was always stored lying down in an equipment box in an air-conditioned room. My horses love this pad so I think it's a great product and I've just received a defective pad. But obviously they don't endorse their product after 3 months which makes me think they tear everything up too often. I will not buy another seal at this price as it will break again and the company does not endorse their product.
