The company is not responsible for defective products.

For a company that says they support their product so much I couldn't get much help. I originally emailed KAVALLERIE directly through their website to say that after purchasing their gel pad it broke in 3 spots and started to deteriorate underneath in just 6 months. I was told after 3 months they can't do anything with the pad but they give me a $10 rebate on another one. I then received a DM via Facebook after commenting on the post. Tell me again that after several days of walking around…

Better half! - Tack

I was riding the Total Saddle Fit Fleece until I heard about the Kavallerie Gel Half Pad. I just ordered it to try it out and I love it! In the hot summer months in the south, the horses are much cooler with him. Also, it seems to move better and my saddle just stays in place. One of the products that really does what it promises and very happy with it. It's also a lot easier to care for than the fleece blanket I had. Just wash it off when you're done riding. Haven't tried putting it in the…

AWESOME PILLOW! We have even set this page for several.

I ordered this pad looking for something other than my $275 custom half pad that would fit my saddle and all the horses I ride. I have used this on a variety of horses from Gypsies, TBs and many Warmbloods of various sizes and shapes. This pad fit them all well and my saddle didn't budge an inch. We have a few warmbloods with very wide flat backs that would rock my saddle but not with this padding. I lent my cushion to a few riders at the stables to try out and they all had the same thoughts…

The front carrier pad was perfect for my aging mule's back

I have had the front carrier pad for over two years now and love it. Since I use it as a bridge liner, the front padded areas fit snugly into the notches behind the shoulders of my 27-year-old mule. This caused the panel to protrude from under the rounded skirt of my distance western saddle. The pad has a pleated area at the back to allow for trimming which is easily done with scissors and the pad matches the back of the skirt perfectly. I recently traveled through the mountains for four days…

So far I like it very much!

So far, so good! I've only been using it for a few weeks, but I use it almost every day. It doesn't slip and keeps my saddle in place and also serves as a good pad for my pony. It doesn't need a riser or correction pad, so I've got the full thickness. I use it with my close contact (sp?) Marcel Toulouse 16.5 Anise saddle. It's a bit long on the sides but I don't want to cut it off so that's fine with me. I just did a tutorial show with a contour pad that I've only used once (must have good…
