AMAZING DREAM MACHINE.

For BDP-S6200 Blu-ray/DVD player I received it this morning (8/10/15) and just couldn't put it down. Easy installation - putting it up was amazing. I had a little problem getting sound from the TV to my sound system, no matter how hard I tried there was no sound. I don't know what I did, but I did it, it was pure luck. I don't know exactly what I did, but it works. As far as 4K upscale goes, all I can say is that the picture is bright, sharp and the best I've seen at home. I don't see any real difference in Blu-ray HD, but the real improvement is in DVD. 3D is great. With Upscale, it's better than ever. Now for the real reason I bought this device, the REGION FREE feature. I have "Plant Kingdom 3D". This is a two disc set, disc 1 is the title in 3D and All Regions and the second disc is Manufacture and Region B and will not play on my old Blu-ray player. Install S6200 for Region B and I saw it for the first time. It was great to say the least. With a BDP-S6200 connected to my LG 49UB8500 4K TV and a Sony BDV-E390 with a 1000W 5.1 surround sound system connected to the TV via a digital optical cable, this is mine dream machine. I saw a lot of titles on Revain that I wanted to grab and watch but unfortunately that didn't happen because these are region B discs and I could only DREAM of seeing them. Now the dream comes true. That's why I call it MY AMAZING DREAM MACHINE. I highly recommend buying this player if you have or are considering buying a 4K TV. You will not regret it. Don't let Hollywood studio Robber Barons dictate which movies you can and can't watch.
