Review on Stylish Metallic and Bold 🐶 Non-Metallic Perri's Padded Leather Dog Collars by Russell Hodzic

I bought this collar for my dog because I hate smelly nylon collars but leather collars seem a bit uncomfortable. I have an 80lb Giant Schnauzer so I ordered the size Large and it fits perfectly. Most of the year she is carefully shaved, so an uncomfortable collar is not suitable, especially for a very stubborn dog. (If she's not happy, then she's not going.) This collar is definitely a huge improvement over her old leather collar. The leather is very soft, it's built to have no rough edges, and it's actually quite soft. The leather is very thick and high quality. The hardware (buckles etc.) are very strong and it is clear that nothing will break with this collar. It's very well done. My only complaint is that it's very heavy. This is normal for my large dog, the extra comfort is worth the small extra weight as he has plenty of muscle mass and can carry it. But I don't think I would buy one of these for my 65lb yellow lab. I think it would be too difficult for her. Perhaps the next size will be lighter and the skin thinner. I dont know. But if your dog is 70 pounds or less, order the medium size. That sounds crazy. But I think Large is only really suitable for very large dogs of 75 pounds and over. The large one is too big for my 65lb labrador who doesn't have a thick neck (it looks more like an American style labrador).
