Very simple set up. Well made. Lots of choices. Great price. The bar really feels good and size is perfect. The deadlift feels great. The green band is too much for me which is great. Something to shoot for.
- The bar is very sturdy and well built. The bands are really nice, the edges are not sharp.
- The TESLANG Resistance Band Bar may not be as effective as traditional weightlifting equipment in building muscle mass
