I know sleeping position is important, so I was excited to try BioPEDIC Memory Foam Support Knee Pillow, White. This pillow can be used between the thighs, knees or calves when lying on your side and under both knees when lying on your back. The last thing I don't like is that the pillow isn't wide enough to comfortably fit side-by-side on my knees. This pillow has a washable cover which is nice. memory foam inside. I'd say it's a fairly soft foam rather than a hard one. Sleeping with this pillow is fun and it helps me align my hips properly. I have a feeling this pillow is for people who are on the flatter side.
