Terrible purchase!

Not at all as advertised, did not have the cables to connect to the TV as shown online and the remote control as shown in the picture. But the most frustrating thing was that it was broken, the connector on the back that connects to the TV was almost completely ripped out. I was very dissatisfied with this purchase and will not be making another purchase in the near future. This was a complete case of false advertising and I was a good buyer, I've bought several converters in the past but none of them were in such bad condition.
