The most helpful feature is the ability to view all of my patients' records in one place! I can also access patient notes without having to log into each individual program. It's not as user friendly as it could be, but that might just be me. However, there are some things you have to learn how to do yourself - like printing xrays or viewing images. Also, if your computer crashes, then everything is gone until someone fixes the problem. We've been able to keep track of our cancer patients better than ever before.
