Excellent thermometer, very accurate
This is a great thermometer for your kitchen. It's small and portable, but the probe is long enough to test large cuts of meat like roasts. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I wanted to make sure it was giving accurate temperatures so I made sure to follow the instructions for calibrating the thermometer, then tested it on another and it showed great results. Another thermometer is complicated and inconvenient to use, this one is much more convenient!
