I used a different brand for my iPhone X and it came with a frame that made installation quick, easy and accurate. The setup for this was fine, but still requires a steady hand and making sure you can see everything perfectly. As for the "privacy" part, that part lags a bit compared to my experience with other brands. It blurs the screen a bit at an angle, but doesn't "black out" it, providing complete privacy. Someone looking at your phone from the side cannot read the text, but they can tell that you are typing a message. Or on a website. Or play the game app. Or view a picture or video. So there is no privacy except that you are typing. And it won't block the picture you're looking at. That's good enough for now, because I don't really need total privacy (except maybe on the rare occasion my boss shows up and I'd rather assume I'm choosing the music I'm listening to, not text messages). but it seems to me that it is not what is advertised and falls a little short of what I have had experience with in the past at around the same price from other manufacturers.
